launch and commissioning of new testing equipment in the PCBA production area and implementation of new projects on assigned testing technologies;
preparation and optimization of test and diagnostic programs, including specifications, procedures, instrumentation, and test equipment for new products;
execution and support of product validation testing for both software and hardware;
definition and optimization of test objectives, strategies, and standards to minimize test escapes, reduce testing costs, and maximize production efficiency;
continuous improvement of testing processes and equipment with a focus on reducing cycle time, test time, process variability, defects, and overall testing costs;
support and stabilization of testing processes in mass production, including troubleshooting and resolution of production-related testing issues;
development and optimization of product testing strategies covering ICT, FCT, EOL, flashing, and related PCBA testing processes;
support of customer requirements related to product and process control, including preparation for and participation in customer audits;
leadership and coordination of activities required to ensure that testing processes meet customer, quality, and production requirements;
application of quality and engineering methodologies including FMEA, MSA, and DFx within testing and production processes;
cooperation with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Industrialization, and other relevant teams during new product and equipment launches;
ICT testing, including FEASA and flashing;
functional Testing (FCT);
on-board flashing;
end-of-Line (EOL) testing – electronic and photometric;
leak testing;
lighting pattern testing – considered an advantage;
different product testing strategies;
test instrumentation: power supplies, DAQ, DMM, and E-Load;
basic test programming in VB.NET, C#, or LabVIEW;
ability to read and modify test programs based on test specifications;
CAN and LIN communication protocols – considered an advantage
TRI and SPEA ICT testing;
cybersecurity knowledge related to production testing – considered an advantage
