launch and commissioning of new SMT equipment and implementation of new projects on assigned technologies;
optimization of manufacturing processes, including analysis and adjustment of process parameters;
creation and updating of technical/process documentation, including work instructions, parameter sheets, visual aids, and related documentation;
analysis of micro-downtimes of production/assembly equipment and line performance using OEE;
PFMEA – analysis of potential failure modes and their effects; support in implementing preventive and corrective actions;
analysis of component and product rejects on the production line and implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and production cycle time; reduction of material and tool consumption as well as production waste;
application of the 8D methodology and support in improving process capability indicators (Cp/Cpk);
close cooperation with Process Engineering and Quality teams in setting performance standards and resolving production and quality issues.
