Injection Moulding Setters (ENGEL) 

Main Responsibilities • Set up and adjust ENGEL injection moulding machines • Perform mould/tool changes efficiently and safely • Troubleshoot machine and process issues during production • Support machine operators during daily production • Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime • Optimize changeover times where possible • Monitor machine performance and intervene immediately in case of disturbances • Maintain production quality and process stability • Work closely with production supervisors and maintenance Required Experience • Several years of experience as an Injection Moulding Setter • Proven hands-on experience with ENGEL injection moulding machines is mandatory • Strong practical troubleshooting skills • Experience with mould/tool changes • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred • Hands-on shopfloor mentality with a willingness to work directly on the machines
