Logistics Manager / SAP Key User 

Responsibilities • Lead the complete logistics organization • Manage all internal logistics operations • Optimize warehouse organization and warehouse performance • Ensure reliable production supply • Improve inventory accuracy and inventory control • Optimize material flows throughout the plant • Drive SAP process optimization • Act as the site's SAP Key User for logistics processes • Resolve SAP master data issues and improve data quality • Improve production supply and replenishment processes • Optimize warehouse and storage processes • Improve inbound and outbound logistics performance • Ensure reliable customer deliveries • Coach logistics planners and strengthen planning discipline • Optimize inventory levels while maintaining delivery performance • Support customer escalations related to logistics and supply chain • Monitor logistics KPIs and implement corrective actions • Standardize logistics processes and establish sustainable best practices Required Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive logistics • Proven experience as Senior Logistics Manager or equivalent • Extensive SAP Key User experience within logistics

• Strong expertise in warehouse management and internal logistics • Experience with production logistics and material planning • Customer logistics experience in an automotive manufacturing environment • Automotive sequencing experience is considered an advantage • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset • Fluent in English and / or German Personal Profile • Strong operational leader with excellent logistics expertise • Structured and analytical problem solver • Highly experienced in SAP-driven logistics environments • Pragmatic, resilient and capable of working under pressure • Strong communicator with the ability to drive organizational change • Passionate about coaching teams and implementing sustainable processes
