Material Shortage & Supplier Escalation Manager 

Drive assertive, hands-on supplier escalations through direct phone calls and operational online meetings to accelerate deliveries of urgently required components.

Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Logistics and Strategic Purchasing teams to respond rapidly to changing production priorities and material requirements.

Provide daily status reports on critical material shortages, at-risk material items and realistic, confirmed supplier delivery dates.

Resolve immediate operational issues preventing order fulfillment, including transportation bottlenecks and supplier-side administrative obstacles.

Take proactive ownership of urgent material supply issues, ensuring rapid problem resolution and minimizing the risk of production interruptions.
