Production Controller / Manufacturing Scheduler
Project Location: Germany
Required: 4 people
Shift Model: 3-shift operation, Monday to Sunday
Function: Production control / packaging flow / missing parts management
language: German B2/C1 minimum
Ensure stable packaging and production flow by controlling missing parts, removing bottlenecks, and coordinating directly between production, logistics and material planning.
Control packaging process when parts are missing
Track bottlenecks and production disruptions
Coordinate with production, logistics and material disposition
Prioritize urgent orders and secure on-time processing
Update and evaluate data in ERP and Excel
Document issues, deviations and actions taken
Support material flow and production continuity
Work in 3-shift model, willingness to work weekends
Act as flexible jumper/floater where needed
Required Experience
Production control / manufacturing scheduling
Logistics, warehouse logistics or material flow
Handling missing parts and bottleneck situations
ERP system experience, SAP preferred
Good MS Excel skills
Automotive or industrial background preferred
Hands-on and solution-driven
Able to work under pressure in shift operations
Strong communication skills
Team player
Flexible and reliable
Able to act fast and independently on the shopfloor
Vocational training in logistics, production or industrial environment
Experience in automotive production or supplier environment
