Job description

Task Force Lead Ramp-up Stabilization (Assembly & Paint Quality, Class-A Exterior Parts) • Duration: min. 3 months | Setup: 1 FTE, full-time on-site • Languages: Hungarian + English mandatory | German nice-to-have • Stabilize ramp-up performance and increase assembly line output • Build KPI transparency and enforce process discipline • Strengthen quality mindset for painted Class-A exterior parts (e.g., bumpers) • Lead on-site task force in escalation mode (hands-on, execution-driven) • Stabilize throughput/output on assembly line (bottlenecks, line balancing, standards) • Implement daily KPI cockpit (SQCDP), reporting, deviation tracking, action closure • Improve shopfloor organization and material flow (line feeding, WIP, FIFO, handling) • Drive process adherence and shopfloor discipline across shifts • Train and coach line personnel (operators, team leaders) in standards and quality gates • Manage paint-quality risk on Class-A surfaces (defects, handling damage, rework drivers) • Provide structured reporting to management and, when required, OEM • Must-Have Profile • Proven automotive ramp-up stabilization track record • Strong experience with painted exterior parts / Class-A surfaces • Assembly line optimization plus shopfloor leadership under pressure • Able to enforce discipline with strong authority on the shopfloor • Experience implementing KPI systems and daily control routines • Experience training/coaching partially untrained workforce
